Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Product Development for Advanced Networking and Security, the B2B Solution Delivery Manager will plan, coordinate and enable delivery new products and features for Altice USA’s B2B products. The Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for providing matrixed cross-functional organization and aiding in the collaboration of a high performing team of engineers focused on supporting infrastructure, systems, fulfillment and B2B services. As a member of the Product Development leadership team, the Manager will aid in the coordination with external vendors and internal operational groups to ensure optimal customer experiences for B2B products. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development, refinement and alignment of B2B product portfolio 
  • Manage delivery of B2B products and feature enhancements against timelines and budgets
  • Continuously monitor delivery success against planned milestones and roadmap, tracking resource utilization, reviewing data with leaders and communicating results, insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Aid in resource management and tracking across portfolio.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration with business-oriented product partners, as well as cross functional technical resources, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other relevant roles.
  • Aid in creation of communication materials around B2B product strategies, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Aid in process development and documentation for the deployment and support of B2B portfolio services
  • Aid in the coordination and organization of product and engineering documentation related to the B2B portfolio 
  • Aid in the implementation of best practices for trials based on customer requirements including the development of entry and exit criteria, documentation and communication of learnings.
  • Track and mitigate potential risks to successful product delivery
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; MA or MBA preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and presenting reports
  • Minimum two years’ experience successfully project or program managing the delivery of high profile cross-functional products for major Telecommunications company
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques
  • Experience with broadband/cable background and heavily regulated B2B environment
  • Experience managing projects with a mix of technical and non-technical contributors
  • Experience building, documenting and communicating process
  • Experience coordinating rollout of training and collateral to sales and support teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate across organizations
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and balances both short and long term needs of internal and external customers

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $83,538.00 - $137,241.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
