Job Summary
Collaborate with internal development team, Marketing, Creative Services, eCommerce, Sales Operations, Product, Customer Care, Operations/Systems Teams (Internal & External), Compliance/Legal, and lines of business stakeholders to understand the feasibility and subsequent deliverability of required solutions.
• Maintain status and project development tracking.
• Gather, document, and clearly communicate various project requirements from business and project teams using various project methodologies.
• Develop and effectively communicate project approach, scope, control, assignments, communication and timeline. Quickly identify and provide visibility to any variances/issues.
• Provide project team with guidance as required to ensure progress is sustained and project goals are fulfilled.
• Facilitate and disseminate meeting agendas, notes & next steps.
• Projects expert retaining and communicating of all project history.
• Support the development of project management programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Project Manager that will be responsible for managing and directing the implementation of one or more small to medium-scale Customer Experience, Operations, Field Service, Sales, Marketing or Product release projects as assigned by the Director for Project Management Office. The Project Manager will also be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, human resources, communications and change requests. Additionally, the Project Manager will coordinate project resources across many business and technology groups ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality projects. The key focus of this position is overall management of all projects across multiple business groups providing delivery of such projects on-time, on-budget with required business functionality.
Qualifications
• Mastering of project management methodology & documentation, knowledge of Agile is a plus.
• Website creation, redesign, and/or design management experience.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience working with website deployments/new releases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - experience with tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver upon numerous objectives/goals.
• Strong computer, reporting & presentation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Key Experiences/Achievements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in digital project development/management.
• Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence
• High degree of independent leadership, critical and strategic thinking, accountability, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working directly with Executive level stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited College or University.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
