Job Summary
As a Senior Analyst specializing in Workforce Analytics, you will leverage your technical expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and workforce metrics and visualizations to deliver impactful insights and recommendations. As part of the Corporate Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Human Resource function with data-driven solutions that enhance talent acquisition, retention and overall employee performance. This is a hands-on role that requires balancing the existing workforce data infrastructure with immediate business needs, managing both long-term workforce analytics vision and short-term analytical deliverables. Your strong technical expertise and demonstrated functional knowledge of HR (business processes, data and analytics) will help advance our analytics capabilities, enable data-driven decisions and accelerate workforce data transformation at Altice.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Visualization (60%):
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms to visualize workforce data and trends (e.g., workforce demographics, headcount trends, attrition analysis, recruiting funnels, retention etc.).
- Develop and implement ETL processes to ensure workforce data accuracy and integrity.
- Apply advanced statistical methods (e.g., regression, correlation, decision trees) and qualitative techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, training and diversity & inclusion.
Data Governance & Data Sharing (20%):
- Design and implement HR data sharing processes and standards. This includes the creation and maintenance of role-based access controls and data visibility rules for HR dashboards and other deliverables.
- Foster a culture of analytics self-service by developing scalable BI and analytics products and training teams on data utilization.
Data Management and Innovation (20%):
- Advise best practices and participate in end-to-end HR data collection process in partnership with HR Tech Solutions, HRIT, HR Operations and Business HR
- Actively identify and incorporate additional data sources into internal database for comprehensive analysis and visualization
- Drive innovative analytics solutions and predictive models to support strategic HR initiatives and improve business operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in workforce analytics and BI and integrate best practices into existing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively based field such as Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting & visualizations, data science or a related role with a focus on HR or workforce analytics and planning.
- Experience working with SAP data structures. Solid understanding of workforce data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, engagement, employee listening, external benchmarking etc.).
- Expert level of proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms. Strong expertise in data visualization and information design principles.
- Strong proficiency in ETL and statistical coding languages and tools such as SQL, R, Python, Looker and Alteryx.
- Familiarity with data engineering practices and principles and experience working with cloud databases such as Google Cloud, Big Query, Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with People Analytics technology and tools such as One Model or Visier preferred.
- Experience in a startup environment with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities preferred

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $92,534.00 - $152,021.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Plano is $77,112.00 - $126,684 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
