Responsibilities


Healthcare Expertise: Extensive experience in the healthcare industry with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. 
Sales Swagger: B2B sales experience with a passion to hustle and the skill to make things happen.

What you will do: 
Tickets to Play: Secure contracts with leading healthcare organizations to allow penetration into all associated entities underneath their umbrella of companies across the Optimum footprint and beyond. 
Manage Healthcare Accounts: Support and grow healthcare accounts by providing exceptional service and solutions. 
Sales Support: Assist the sales team through team meetings, weekly reviews, customer meetings, customer calls, prospecting initiatives, funnel management, etc. 
Performance Review: Review and help increase performance while maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. 
Account Growth: Grow the existing account base by adding new customers and increasing current customer spend, specifically within the Healthcare Vertical. 
Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets put forth by the business to help the company achieve and exceed overall goals. 
Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to understand the competitive landscape, drive account penetration, and increase win rate 
Sales Incentives: Create sales incentives to help meet short- and long-term goals. 

Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts. 
Communication: Communicate with the Director on progress, trends, gaps in performance, and corrective plans. 

Qualifications

Learning is Earning: College degree preferred. 
B2B Field Experience: Minimum of four years’ work experience selling into B2B accounts. 
Healthcare Experience: 2-4 years of healthcare, software, or technology experience (required). 
Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 2.5 hours for meetings is required. 
Proficiency: Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in SFDC, PowerPoint, Excel, and other systems used on a daily basis

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $70,486.00 - $115,799.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
