Job Summary

The Coordinator - Strategy will play a pivotal role on client strategy teams and be the executional core in the generation of impactful business insights and actionable recommendations for our clients in pursuit of their marketing objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide team support in planning, implementation of client strategy/campaign execution.
  • Support workflow of internal and/or key client initiatives ensuring timely execution and alignment with client and agency objectives.       
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly presentations and communications around current initiatives, highlighting key metrics, learnings and opportunities.
  • Provide support around data gathering and analysis of business performance insights (media, creative, audience, digital) and communication to client and internal teams, etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive research including with research and reporting tools to compile potential target information, insights, and market dynamics.
  • Learn and execute on brand, performance marketing principles & best practices.
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with other areas of the agency and partners including Investment, Digital, Creative, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, etc.

Qualifications

  • MBA a plus
  • 1-3 years of work experience at internal strategy group, external marketing/business consultancy, omni channel ad agency, support role in marketing managing brand and business growth
  • Experience and comfort with quantitative concepts; ability to understand data, support discovery of insights and communicate (the what, how and whys) to clients, internal teams, etc.; this is not a classic technical role, but numeracy and comfort with data is a must
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills requiring ability to provide clarity and concision with the ability to communicate clear strategic narratives  
  • Ability to effectively migrate between key projects, tactics and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely strong personal organization and attention to executional detail
  • SQL and/or understanding of coding knowledge is a plus
  • Working as an operator in a D2C company a plus

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $42,000.00 - $69,000.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
